Applications for Grad Roles are Open Now
We are looking for graduates for our Wellington, Hamilton & Sydney offices. We will also consider Intern Applications for Wellington and Auckland.
Our business focuses on traffic engineering and transportation planning and we're the leading specialist in New Zealand, with a recently opened office in Sydney, New South Wales.
What We Do
We offer our clients the full range of services in transportation: planning, data collection, analysis, modelling, engineering and design. We work with both the public and private sectors, local councils as well as local property developers. We've been operating for 40 years, since our founder Peter McCombs and his wife Bev set up the business. Both Peter and Bev are still involved with TDG. For more of our background story go here:
Our Graduate Programme
Our Graduate program is about growing and developing people who can then grow and develop TDG. We don't take a cookie cutter approach, when you come on board you will be buddied with another team member and your branch manager will work with you on a development plan & to make sure you are involved with clients, site visits and hands-on work from Day One.
We have a flat structure and so we're looking for the right people to join our Graduate program, people who have enthusiasm, initiative and determination to learn, overcome challenges, bring new perspectives and fresh ideas, and who achieve results. Most importantly you need to be a self-starter, motivated and prepared to give things a try.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you! We are taking applications now and we'd love to hear from you. Please complete the form below, attach your Cover Letter, CV & Academic Transcript and hit Submit. We will be in touch!
